Bento box

A Japanese bento box, containing assorted nom noms

People say Japan is expensive – even Swedish people, who should know better. My experience of Japan was that the prices haven’t actually gone up in almost ten years, meaning a bento box is now as expensive as a sandwich is Sweden: that is, extremely expensive in Sweden, but outrageously cheap anywhere else. Does that make sense? No matter. My point is that bento boxes rule and should be introduced everywhere.
